1 Introduction and Eligibility

2.4 Account Closure and Suspension

bsji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on bsji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and the following rules apply:

3.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds into your account, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

bsji's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

Players advance to higher tiers gradually based on regular participation and activity. VIP tier benefits apply only to active members and bsji reserves the right to modify the terms at any time.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between bsji and the user, and replace all previous oral or written understandings.
